Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Myra (“My Resume Agent”), operated by Elegant Software Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including myresumeagent.ai, the Myra application, and our email and text messaging services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Myra helps you track job applications and provides AI-generated analysis of job postings you submit. AI-generated content is informational only — it may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is not career, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Myra offers a text messaging service that lets you forward job postings to us and receive confirmations and job analyses in reply (the “SMS Program”).

• Opt-in: You opt in by texting a job posting to our number, +1 (866) 319-8713, or by providing your mobile number and consenting during account signup.
• Message frequency varies based on your usage — messages are conversational and transactional, sent in response to your requests.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and send no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact support@myresumeagent.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS Program is available for US numbers only.

Subscriptions and Billing

Parts of the Service are free; paid plans may be offered with pricing disclosed at purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Your Content and Our IP

You retain ownership of the resumes, job postings, and other content you submit. You grant us a license to process that content to operate and improve the Service. The Service itself, including software, branding, and design, belongs to Elegant Software Solutions and its licensors.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elegant Software Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
